1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Megah Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Megah Web services.

2. Our Services

Megah Web provides infrastructure, hosting, application development and deployment services. Depending on the service selected, this may include:

• Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting.
• Managed cloud and server services.
• AppStudio AI application building services.
• System deployment and installation services.
• Custom software and system development.
• Server management and related technical services.

Individual services may have additional requirements, limitations or service-specific terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities performed through your account.

• Do not share your account credentials unnecessarily.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account.
• Notify Megah Web if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate billing and contact information.

Megah Web may suspend or restrict an account where necessary to protect the platform, infrastructure, users or third parties.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid services are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle displayed when the service is ordered.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring services remain active only while the applicable invoices are paid and the account remains in good standing.

Late or Unpaid Invoices

Megah Web may suspend services associated with unpaid invoices. Continued non-payment may result in service termination and deletion of associated resources.

Prices

Megah Web may change service prices for future billing periods. Any applicable changes will not retroactively alter an invoice that has already been issued unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

Megah Web services must be used lawfully and responsibly. You must not use our infrastructure to conduct, facilitate or distribute illegal or abusive activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud, scams or phishing.
• Malware, ransomware or malicious software distribution.
• Unauthorized access or exploitation of computer systems.
• Denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
• Port scanning or network activity intended to compromise third-party systems.
• Hosting content that violates applicable laws.
• Abuse of network resources or deliberate service disruption.
• Activities that create significant risk to Megah Web infrastructure or other customers.

Megah Web reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable action, including suspension or termination of affected services.

6. VPS Services

VPS customers receive access to virtual server resources according to the selected package.

Depending on the package, customers may receive administrative or root-level access to their server.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the configuration, applications, credentials, firewall rules, operating system configuration and content running on their VPS unless a managed service explicitly covers those responsibilities.

Backups

Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important data. A backup service, where offered, is subject to its specific configuration and retention policy.

7. AppStudio AI

AppStudio AI allows users to generate and manage applications using AI-assisted development tools.

Generated Content

AI-generated code, application structures, text, configurations and other output may contain errors or require modification.

Customers are responsible for reviewing, testing and validating applications before using them in production.

Customer Data

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to AppStudio AI may legally be processed and used for the intended purpose.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, private keys or other highly sensitive information into an AI prompt unless the relevant service specifically supports such information securely.

8. Service Availability

Megah Web aims to provide reliable and continuous services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Service interruptions may result from maintenance, infrastructure failures, upstream providers, network issues, security incidents, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Planned maintenance may occasionally be required to maintain, upgrade or secure our infrastructure.

9. Suspension and Termination

Megah Web may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

• Unpaid invoices.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Illegal or abusive activity.
• Security threats.
• Abuse of infrastructure or network resources.
• Requests from law enforcement or competent authorities.

Where appropriate, Megah Web may provide notice before suspension or termination. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect infrastructure, customers or third parties.

Customers remain responsible for exporting or backing up their data before service termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megah Web will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

This includes losses relating to data, business interruption, revenue, profits or third-party claims, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and security controls for their systems and data.

11. Changes to These Terms

Megah Web may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations, legal requirements or security practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective or updated date.

Continued use of Megah Web after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
